Common questions
How do I log a shot I took earlier?
Open History from Home and tap Add past shot, then set the time it was taken along with the dose and site. A late shot is logged the same way and shown as late in History. Any past shot can be edited or deleted from History, free.
How do I change my shot day?
Open Settings → Regimen → Shot day and pick the new day. Past shots stay on their dates; upcoming dates and reminders move. Where the manufacturer's label says how to move a shot day, that text is shown there, quoted with its source.
How do I switch medication?
Open Settings → Regimen → Medication and pick the new one. From today your shots log as the new medication; earlier shots and dose steps stay in History. Check the change with your prescriber first; Nextmark records the switch, it does not recommend one.
How do I get my log back on a new phone?
Link your Apple ID first, on the old phone: Settings → Account → Link Apple ID. It asks for no name and no email. On the new phone, install Nextmark, open Settings → Account → Link Apple ID with the same Apple ID, and choose to switch to the log it already backs. Without a link, a new phone or a reinstall starts a new, empty log. For Pro, use Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that paid.
How do I cancel the subscription or the free trial?
Cancelling happens in the App Store, not in Nextmark: open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends, or it renews. Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription in Nextmark takes you straight there. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Data → Delete all data deletes your shots, weights, side effects, regimen and reminders. It cannot be undone, so use Export data first if you want a copy. Your Pro subscription stays. It also unlinks a linked Apple ID, keeping your anonymous ID so the purchase stays attached; to unlink only the Apple ID, use Settings → Account.
Deleting the app from your iPhone is not the same thing: the stored copy remains, and reinstalling without a linked Apple ID starts a new anonymous ID, so the old records become unreachable rather than deleted. Use Delete all data first, or email us and we will delete them on request. The privacy policy has the details.
Nextmark records what you log. It never tells you what dose to take, when to change it or what to expect; those are questions for the prescriber who knows you.
